Common questions
- How do I pay a cart? You pay the vendor directly with Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or cash. Their payment handles appear in the order chat. Eskina never handles your money.
- Are buyer accounts free? Yes — buyers are free forever. Vendors pay $25/month with a 1-month free trial.
- How do notifications work? With your permission, Eskina sends push notifications for order updates ("order ready") and SOS alerts from carts you follow. You can turn them off in iOS Settings → Eskina → Notifications.
- How do I delete my account? Email vendralabs2026@gmail.com from your account email and we'll remove it.
