This Privacy Policy describes how VENDRA LABS Limited Liability Co. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the owner and operator of the Eskina platform, collects, uses, stores, and discloses information about you when you access or use our platform. By using Eskina, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Account Information. When your account is created, we collect your full name, email address, and account type (Vendor or Buyer). We also record that you have confirmed you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, as required by these Terms. We do not collect or store your date of birth — only the fact and time of your age confirmation.
Vendor Profile Information. Vendor accounts additionally provide a cart name, a user-selected @handle, cart type (hot dog, taco, fruit, etc.), an optional bio, and one or more payment handles (Zelle, Cash App, and/or Venmo). The payment handles you enter are stored as plain identifier strings (e.g. a Cash App $cashtag) and are displayed to Buyers in the order chat so they can pay you directly outside the Eskina platform.
Payment Information. Vendor subscription payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment card data on our servers. Stripe collects and processes payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID to manage your account status. Buyer-to-Vendor payments do not flow through the Eskina platform and are not processed, stored, or collected by us; see Section 4.
Menu and Order Data. Vendors may upload menu items, prices, descriptions, and item images through the Platform. Buyers may place orders against those menu items, including optional notes to the Vendor. Order status, totals, and history are stored in our database and are visible to the Vendor and the placing Buyer.
Order Chat Messages and Photos. Messages and images sent between a Buyer and Vendor in the order chat (including payment-confirmation screenshots a Buyer may send to a Vendor) are stored in our database and file storage to facilitate the order. The order chat is visible only to the Vendor and Buyer on that order.
Follow Relationships and Live Status. When a Buyer follows a Vendor, the relationship is stored so the Buyer can find that Vendor again and so the Vendor can see their follower count. When a Vendor toggles their cart "Live," that status is broadcast to their followers.
Push Notification Subscriptions. With your permission (requested via the iOS notification permission prompt after sign-in), we store a per-device push token issued by the Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and link it to your Eskina account so we can send transactional pushes (e.g., "your order is ready") and SOS broadcasts from Vendors you follow. You may revoke notification permission at any time in iOS Settings → Eskina → Notifications.
SOS Alerts. Vendors may trigger an SOS alert from inside the Eskina app. When triggered, we send a push notification to every Buyer who follows that Vendor, containing the Vendor's cart name, the alert type (Emergency, Harassment, or Needs Help), and an optional context message written by the Vendor. We do not transmit the Vendor's real-time location. SOS alerts are not a substitute for emergency services; the in-app copy directs both Vendors and Buyers to call 911 (or local emergency services) when there is an active emergency.
Usage Data. We automatically collect certain technical information when you access the Platform, including your IP address, device type, operating system, app version, and access timestamps. This information is used for security purposes, including rate limiting and bot detection.
What we do NOT collect. We do not track your real-time location. We do not broadcast Vendor locations to Buyers — Vendors decide where they're parked and tell their followers via their own Instagram or in person. We do not access your photo library; image attachments in the order chat are sent through Apple's privacy-preserving photo picker (PHPicker), which does not grant Eskina access to your library. We do not sell your data and we do not show third-party advertising in the Platform.

Eskina does not process, hold, collect, or transmit payments between Buyers and Vendors. When a Buyer places an order, the Vendor's payment handles (Zelle / Cash App / Venmo) are displayed in the order chat; the Buyer sends payment directly to the Vendor outside the Eskina platform. Eskina has no visibility into, control over, or responsibility for those transactions. The only payment that flows through the Platform is the Vendor's monthly subscription fee to VENDRA LABS Limited Liability Co., processed via Stripe.
Your data is stored using Supabase, a cloud-hosted database platform, and protected by industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls, and authentication protocols. Order-chat images are stored in Supabase Storage with access restricted to the Vendor and Buyer on that order. While we implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Platform's services. Upon account termination or deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our agreements. Deleted account data may persist in backups for a reasonable period before being permanently removed.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. The Eskina Platform is intended exclusively for use by individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Platform is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of thirteen (13) within the meaning of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, as amended ("COPPA"), or from any individual under the age of eighteen (18) generally. As part of the account creation process, we require each user to confirm they are eighteen (18) or older and we reject any registration attempt where the user fails to confirm. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of thirteen (13), or from any individual under the age of eighteen (18), we will take prompt steps to delete that information from our systems. Parents or legal guardians who believe their child may have provided information to Eskina in violation of this policy may contact us at vendralabs2026@gmail.com to request deletion.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
